Plus - they were super about it when I accidentally set off the alarm system. But that's another story.
They have been wonderful to work with. They are sensitive and thoughtful to the families during this difficult time in their lives. I would recommend them to anyone I know in need of their services.

It was in the details: the ease in dealing with them - the friendliness - the suggestions - going out of their way to help. We worked with Doug and our experience was outstanding. He was respectful of our loved one that passed, helpful in explaining things, and willing to answer many questions that average people don't usually know about funeral procedures. Cindy, one if the women in the office, was also wonderful. I must have called to ask 30 questions in the 4 days we worked with Burgers. She was helpful and kind every time I called. I would highly recommend Burgers if you find yourself in need of services of this nature.
Doug and the rest of the staff at the Funeral Home make you feel like you are a family member. They are there to help you with everything you need. They will take all the time you need and help you every step of the way. They are still there for you after the service for anything else you may need. Every family member was very impressed with them!
